Our Mission Statement
Let us introduce ourselves
Who We Are
Consul Museum is a group of volunteers with a common interest in preserving local history. Founded in 2005, we were registered as a non-profit organization on January 30, 2006. We are the first museum in Saskatchewan to exist entirely as a website. We do not have a building. As well, Consul’s murals are maintained by the Museum Board.
Funding
In 2007 we purchased The Reno Reader, our local paper. We published our first issue in April 2007, and send out 22 issues per year. It is our main fundraiser.
Donation Opportunities: No gift is too small
Financial donations to the museum are gladly accepted at any time. A charitable tax receipt will be provided.
